[Resolved]  Imperial Cruise Services Pvt Ltd. — refusing to cancel the membership and not agreeing to refund the money.

Below the details of how to happened dispute or fraud transaction in our credit card & how to hypnotized.
Imperial cruise services pvt.ltd, Wakad, Pune sales executives are trapping middle class people to take membership so many oral commercial offers & hypnotized. & can be canceled if services are not satisfied. The offer is only for today and making customers to sign on agreement very hurry without reading it completely and payment is done by credit cards. But the agreement says money is non refundable and does not have the offers said by executives and registration is also not genuine. This type o[censored]nethical business is running by these professional cheaters from last 2 months. they are specially targeted married couples.
On 28th Sep. 2018 Mr Asif Shaikh (mobile no [protected]) had trapped & hypnotized me in the same way and swiped my credit card for 42, 500/- rupees and full narration of story as follows:
On 28 Sep 2018 I had got an call from lady [protected] & [protected] & [protected] stating you won some free gifts because of Lucky draw coupon ( promotion of company) which had filled in petrol pump at D.P.Road Pimple Nilakh, Pune. on 27 Sept 2018. ( this lady was asked me “you need collect free gifts from our company so please come ) So, I went to the address mentioned by him Imperial Cruise, Wakad, Pune on Friday 28 Sept. 2018 at 7:30 am evening.
Then a person came to me stating about presentation of holiday packages by Imperial Cruise for one hour after which we can collect gifts. He introduced to Asif Shaikh to explain about Imperial Cruise Initially he asked about family details nature of job and the first he asked what do you know about Imperial Cruise then I answered I don, t know. He also asked me don, t use mobile for this 1 hour session. He also asked me which bank credit card you use & what is the limit of this credit card.

He explained about following many things in session & hypnotized me & my wife. (please note- during the time of session sound system was fully on & light was off 5 times )
1. Gifts voucher winner: a) 7 days accommodation from Imperial cruise services pvt.ltd. destinations – Goa, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Cochin, Mahabaleshwar, Indonesia. b) 4 grams silver Ganpati. C) 6 glass sets.
2. 6 nights and 7 days holidays package ( room only) may be every year.
3. 40% discount on flight traveling charges booked by club with free accommodation, siteseeing, guide & free pick & drop facility.
4. these packages can accommodate 8 persons.
5. Free summer camps to kids about 45 days.
6. Free gym facilities, event passes.
7. Free Event AC, Non AC ( birthday halls ) Halls will be provided.
After that he explained about budget of membership. Then he offered following things:

1) actual cost is 85, 000 for 3 years membership which include membership.
They giving me more discounts.
( he kept on giving me options for payment, EMI's 36 months ( which tie ups with bank etc etc...what not. The main goal was just to swipe my card somehow.)
2) The offer is only for 100 winners of overall 500 coupon winners and we are lucky in them.
They have convinced us very smartly as future child lifestyle etc etc.
I have paid 42, 500/- from HDFC credit card. ( 50% amt.of package ) They said you will be call next 2 days from HDFC Bank. you need to be select EMI Option 24 or 36 months. after no any call from HDFC. They are very hurry for sign on agreement without reading it completely and payment is done by credit cards.
After coming to home I have enquired in google about. I was shocked with the search for Imperial cruise service pvt.ltd. this company is new for 2 months ago ( before the starting session Imperial cruise person talked me this is very big company ( & many things) before we provided hospitality service only VIP People. Like cricketer, singer etc. etc. this month we started this for common people. & promotion of our company in middle class & you winner of special gift voucher)
Imperial Cruise services pvt. Ltd. Membership No. IMP[protected]. Still no any Membership KIT received from this club which he talked in session.
Below are one & many points not included in agreement.
1. 40% discount on flight traveling charges booked by club.
2. annual maintenance charges of 6000 per year separately ( not talked in session this charges. )
Also they asked me after two days we will be planned for 3 Jupitor bike to our member for special gift. Out of 10 gift winner member. If you have selected in lucky draw you will get free Jupitor bike.
Imperial cruise services pvt. Ltd. allegedly cheated customers, offering membership for discounted holiday packages, claiming to have tie-ups with star hotels & resorts & gyms.
we were harrased by this Club .They attracted us with lucrative offers, they explained to us that club Imperial cruise their branches in vashi, Mumbai & others areas, similarly they mentioned many big names and many more. In their catalogue almost all tourist places were mentioned of India as well as in abroad. They brainwashed & hypnotized in such a way that we ended up in paying them 42, 500 rs.

There is this company named imperial cruise services pvt ltd at hinjawadi, pune. One day a lady called me saying that you have won a lucky draw and your 4 gifts are ready with us, please come and collect as soon as possible. The lady was calling me again and again. Finally i reached the destination, and other lady told me that there will be a 1 hr session after which i can collect my assured gifts.in that session a guy told me about the offers they will give me and took 1:30 hr of my time. They provided me with different packages they will give me for 5 yrs, 10yrs and 30 yrs. The actual price for 5 yrs as per them was 1. 25 lakhs but they gave me the package for 1.1 lakh giving me corporate discount. They promised me with different offers like foreign tours including the transport and accommodation as well (From door to destination hotel) and at step we felt that all the things will be taken care off. I have swiped rs 75 k from my credit card, and i told them that i will pay the remaining amount after 2 days. But they were forcing me to pay the whole amount on the same day stating that this offer will last today only and you need to pay the whole amount today itself, otherwise you will not be a member of the company. And not being a complete member of the company (As i have not made the complete payment) i want to cancel the membership and want to get 100% refund, they are saying that you are a member of the company and you cannot cancel the membership and if you want to cancel it then no money will be refunded. We got to know more about this company from our colleagues who said that who also using this services from past 6 months and none of their promises are true, there plans are not fixed. I want my complete refund back.

Day 1 (12/05/19)
I attended session at Imperial Cruise Services, Wakad on 12/05/19. The session is last for 2.45hr because the package amount is too big, and we cannot afford that. In that span they had suggested many offers to us started from 1.94 lakhs for 15 years to 1.40 lakh, 1.25 lakh, 94000, 65000, 40000 & 20000. Within that 2.45 hrs they made false promises and convinced us to choose a package.
They told us that we don’t need to pay any amount for first 45 days and after our confirmation EMI will start.
They had given us a free gift voucher, which was suggested to use in first 45 days. They promised us, after 45 days it was theire responsibility to charge package amount in EMI for 5 years and If I am not happy with the service, I can stop EMI any time.
They swipe my card by saying that it is for registration and future EMI purpose only, but theire agreement rule is different, and they have deducted all amount at once. Just after payment and signing agreement theire sound changed, and they told us that I will get a call from bank within three days to convert my amount in EMI, if not than I need to call customer care and request them to convert it in EMI.
As we feel like cheated, we have not submitted all documents and within ½ hr we written letter to cancel our registration on same day in customer care department and called HDFC bank to hold my transaction.
From Imperial customer care, we got a reply that cancellation is depend on management and we will get positive reply within 2-3 days. To get written proof I again drop a mail on same day (12/05/2019) from my mobile to cancel my membership application and refund the same as we cannot sustain such large amount.

Day 2 (13/05/19),
Called Imperial Cruise customer care, to take care on my concern about cancellation of my membership application but got same reply that it is management decision and I will get a reply within three working days or as soon as possible.

Day 3 (14/05/19),
Visited Imperial cruise customer care with Meera Vishwakarma but again we got same reply that it is management decision and we will get a reply within 2-3 days.

Day 5 (16/05/19),
I got reply from Imperial Cruise that, amount is non-refundable, and I can cancel my membership after first experience as per the agreement with 60 and 40 ratios.

Day 9 (20/05/19),
Written letter to Imperial Cruise customer care to cancel my membership application and refund.
My reasons for payment reversals as,
o Cheated by making false promises and mentioned different on agreement.
o I have not used theire services because of your false promises.
o The services expected was not as promised (See consumer complaint reviews )
o I had not given all the documents to complete my membership application.
o Written letter to cancel my membership application within ½ hr on same day.

Due to mental agony and sufferings by dealing with Imperial Team, we are not in condition to believe any promises, even though they assure us to give additional offers and facility.
I need cancellation and full refund only.

By considering all above reason please don't waste your time and money.

Company is big fraud, they fool people by saying that we provide hospitality services for celebrities & cricketers. They told us that our company logo is everywhere in IPL matches & at big events. Stay away from this company & such fake people. I am also cheated by them & need refund. Can anyone help me what to do against them to get full refund.

We visited imperial cruise at Hinjewadi. They fool hypnotise n fool people and asked us to pay 1.25lc fr 3 yrs. The staff was not at all educated was not aware of anything and was forcing us to tak me membership. Also the guy attending us was rude n was threatening us. Everything seemed to be fake. This needs to be stopped as many innocent and middle class people are fooled.

They are not cancelling my membership. They fooled my elderly parents. Can somebody help me?? They took 61000 from us

We lost our 1lkh on dat day, after dat dey r not picking our call. Dey hypnotised us badly.
I said we wnt to cancel our membership, We will go to consumer court, but dey dont feel scared, dey r busy in fooling other clients
I want my 1lkh rs back as we r middle class family.

I also got cheated. They charged me 1.52 lacs. Please tell me what to do now. I'm going to file police complaint against them. Is it ok to file a police complaint?
