In2cable — Internet service Fraud

Multiple times contacted technical team, support team, & their billing teams, but no one responding for the refund of my discontinuation of internet service.All of them are rolling out different teammates name each time I call, it been more than 20 days I am following up but no response.No one to resolve the issue or refund.No acknowledgement on my email also sent to their billing team.

Below is the email copy and issue in details:

Dear Team,

The issue stated on 3rd of feb where I faced the connectivity loss at my end.
So had hold for a day to see if the issue is resolved but the issue still persist.

Going forward raised the complaint with ticket no. m93463 on 4th feb 2017 at 01:29pm, but without resolving the issue the engineer from your side resolved the ticket at the same day around 2:10pm.

I have then checked the connectivity in the evening but the issue didn't resolved so the next day on 5th Feb. raise the new ticket m93657 at 12:33pm. but no response till evening on this case do had call the customer care and had a word with Payal and explained her the entire issue which I was facing.

Had done the basic trouble shooting to at my end but there was no ping response come for my ip.
same was been conveyed to payal over a call she mentioned the issue will be resolved at the earliest .

So awaited for the response from your end but the same thing happen the next day on 6 feb without resolving the issue the concerned ticked was been resolved at 10:47am but the issue still persisted.

Later I call the same day gain to customer care and share all those worst response from your end to siddharth and explained him the entire issue he told the issue will be resolved but no body from your end arrived at my doorstep to check the issue it was very rude pf your side and they even bother abut the customer service and started explaining me the policy change has be done due to which you are facing the issue.

But change in policy never affect the ping response that very basic I hope you all are aware about the same. and goole.com simply taking 15sec + to load that to due to policy chae, so rather coming and troubleshooting the issu you guys were just bluffing the wrong things to customer.

so the same day I escalated this issue to promad from customer care and he told the issue will be resolved the same day by6:30 pm or max by 1:00pm next day.

Still will all patience I waited for the team to resolved the issue but no call or no one even bother to resolve the issue.

So called backed and raised the issue with tt no94115 and Irfan was me with he call and told him not to resolve the tt with the my confirmation.

Finally the issue still persist and engineer say its due to policy change.

So now my final concern is that this is very worst of an overall experience with in2net being an old customer still didn't bother to resolve at the earliest took more than 72hrs + without still the resolution.

This is to inform you that now I declared to discontinue this current service and its my humble request to carryout the refund for the service which I have and need the refund from the dated 4th feb till the service lasted as soon as possible processes with the refund.

Worst experience ever and very bad customer service.
