I had purchased an inalsa food processor maxie plus, which was defective since i purchased it. I have got it repaired from the company many times and they harrass me everytime i make a complaint. It is still under warranty and again the same defects have come up. I want the company to refund me my amount as i paid for a brand new product and not defective product. I have again logged a complaint with the company on 3rd march 2014 with complaint number 2302 and no one has turned up or no botheration of the company towards the warranty or guarantee as per the terms and conditions.
