Inb Avenues India Pvt. Ltd — refund my money

I have bought a renewel code for quick heal total security on 22 june 2020 through net banking, at this time i got some network issue.
But money has been deducted from account rs.1, 364 and i did'nt get any code to renew my product key. Please solve my problem.
