Dear Sir/Madam, I have done online banking recharge for my Video con d2h customer id is 74659296 This recharge has not succeed. But amount of INR :-241 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged through Internet banking. My SBI account is showing value date:- 14 FEB 15 and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IG00PIZXT1 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA Oand debit :-241.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my SBI account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.
