Inb Bharat Business Channel L Tech_Baratb Payments — non credit of debited amount through net banking

Dear sir/madam,
I have done online banking for recharge my videocon d2h customer id is 21749067. This recharge has not succeeded. But amount of inr:-299.72 cut from my state bank of india account. I have recharged through net banking. My sbi account is showing value date: - 02-may[protected]may-2018), and narration: - to transfer inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments and ref. No. :[protected]igadlfkfr5 transfer from a/c no.[protected] state bank of india, and debit :-inr 299.72 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my sbi account but in my d2h account has not received this money. I am sending details of net banking of online payment transfer details as follows :
