[Resolved]  Inb Bharat Business Channel L Tech_Baratb Payments — Videocon d2h recharge not succeed but balance cut from my account

Dear Sir/Madam, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id is 41774906. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-1380 is cut from my state bank of bikaner and jaipur account . I have recharged from debit. My SBBJ account is showing value date:- 11-Jan-2015(11/01/2015) and narration;- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments and ref no.[protected]IG00KYCHN1 TRANSFER TO [protected] INTERNAT BANKING SBBJO. debit :-1380.00 is showing in my account.This amount has cut from my SBBJ account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.
