I purchased a uc for pubg mobile of rs 799.00 but the uc didn't come even after the money is deducted from my account. The ref no is [protected]igahvsefn0 from state bank of india internet banking for around 12:00 pm on 10th of january. So please give me the refund or make the uc come to my pubg account. I have purchased 300uc for rs420 on jan10 2020 through sbi net banking for pubg gaming and the money is deducted from my account but the item is not delivered to my pubg account.
So kindly take necessary actions and refund my money or transfer the purchased item in my pubg account.
