I purchased cod points through internet banking from sbi, but i haven't got the the cod points in my account but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I am panicking now, since my money got deducted but i haven't received any points in cod mobile account. Please kindly resolve it or refund my amount. There it is clearly shown the amount was deducted but i haven't got any benefits, please solve it asap.
