Inb Times Of Money Limited — in app purchase problem in pubg mobile and money deduction

I purchased 660 uc from pubg app which worth about 799 rupees but i did not received any uc from them and the mean time purchase got failed.Even the purchase was failed but money got debited from my respective account. Even I can see the money went to "INB Times of Money Limited" and it's a huge amount so I'm little bit worry about it. Here I am giving you the screenshots of my transaction details where you can show my reference number and account details.
