I tried to do an in app purchase worth 1700 rupees in an android game named ‘last island of survival’. Money debited from my bank account but the purchase failed and i didn't get game tickets which i paid for. I need refund of my money from game developer or the game tickets i paid for.

I have made an ingame purchase in Marvel Contest of Champions.The transaction was successful and money were deducted from my sbi account but I didn't receive my purchase in the game. Also there was no Google pay Transaction ID for that purchase.I am providing the transaction ID for the purchase.
