Inb Times Of Money Limited — money deducted but not received uc in pubg.

I was purchasing uc for pubg mobile game for rs.420. It was on 10/08/2019. The money got deducted from my sbi account but i didnt get the uc. It was done via netbanking. I want my money back or uc on my pubg account. The reference number is [protected]igagtiyto3. I report this issue to the tencent team on my pubg account. But i have not received any response from them. Looks like the money goes to inb times of money limited. I have attached a screenshot of my last transaction. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
