Income — pan of the landlord for house rent allowance exemption

Dear tea,
Regarding following point: pan of the landlord for house rent allowance exemption, if the rent amount exceeds rs.8333/- per month.

So many employees facing problem to get pan from house owners but we are paying rent more than[protected]/- per month through bank even though house owners not giving pan to us.

If we are strictly ask to house owners about pan, they are saying could you please vacate of the rent house or else give me rent by cash.

So many employees losing so much of money and paying to double tax to tax department

Please we need some clarification and solution.
