Income Tax Department — awaiting pan card from income tax department | |||||
Dear sir, I have applied for the pan card for my new firm on 3rd september 2018. Till date i have not yet received it. Nsdl customer care office informed me that one more firm with same name exists and they are awaiting for the clearance from income tax department. Income tax customer care number[protected] is of no use, it tell "hindi ke liye ek dhabaye" "press 2 for english", press 1 or 2 for half an hour it won's responds, keeps on telling the above phrases. I think income tax customer care is meditating so request this kind forum to help me in reaching income tax department. How many days income tax department would need to reply? Don't they have any time limit? How many days they would like to sit on same online statement? Is there any responsible department within Income tax department to handle such issues?
