This is to bring to your notice illegal possession (Benami property) of real estate properties in noida by misusing position in noida authority.
Mrs. Bimla singh (54 years) is working in planning department of noida authority, administrative complex, sector-6, noida-, uttar pradesh-201301, district gautam buddha nagar. She is a resident of b-207, sector-19, noida, uttar pradesh-201301. Her husband, mr. Charan singh (56 years) works as ex-engg incharge in east delhi mcd
Below is the list of properties which belongs to her, whom she bought in the names of relatives who are either dead now or residing in villages.
1. B-207, sector 19, noida uttar pradesh 201301 (Current residence)
2. I-4, sector 27, noida uttar pradesh 201301 (Property let out)
3. Shop no g-02, sector 18, noida uttar pradesh - 201301 (Complete building owned by her)
4. B-217, sector 71 noida uttar pradesh 201301 (Property let out)
5. Flat possession in omaxe society, vrindavan, uttar pradesh 281121
6. Another property at expressway noida uttar pradesh
7. One more in mayur vihar phase 3, near arya samaj mandir delhi 110096
8. Flat possession in vasundhara, delhi
9. Property purchased in dehradun as well
Few of the above properties were bought in the name of late mr amichand (Farmer) and mr jaiveer singh (Retd govt employee). There are more properties owned by her other than mentioned above.
Activities during demonitization:
• black money was transferred in bank accounts of mr satveer singh (Cousin brother) & his wife and mr daryav singh (Cousin brother). Both of them are residents of saunda (Haripur) village post saunda, district - bulandsheher
• bought creta (Worth 18 l) in dealer's name (Faridabad based) initially and got it transferred in their daughter's name (Shivani singh) later.
• besides this, they are in a possession of gold worth 4-5 crores, other vehicles possessed: swift, passat (30lakhs), and chevrolet beat.
Glimpse of their lifestyle:
• own 4 vehicles with a variety of hatchback and luxurious sedan. (Networth= 60 lakh)
• own more than 3 properties within noida, 2 properties in delhi and rest in dehradun and vrindavan. (Networth= 60 crore)
• have two 3 full time servants and two drivers. One of the driver works part time for her as he works in noida authority-postal dept.
• her son (Shaurya verma) used to study in lotus valley international school, sector-126, noida-greater noida expressway, noida uttar pradesh 201303. He studied in this school for more than 10 years. The quarterly fees of school varies from inr 80, 000 to inr 2, 00, 000. (Expense in 10 years= 80, 000*4*10 ~ 32, 00, 000).
• she is a regular customer of tanishq located at g-10 & 11, market sector-18, noida, uttar pradesh 201301. She has bought gold worth of 5 crore in last 5 years.
How govt. Employees having monthly income of inr 35000 each, can own this much property?
How can they have income of more than 6 lakh per month?
How can they have networth of 80 crore and above?
