His Royal PG services business has been spread across the areas of Shivaji Chowk, Phase-1 Hinjawadi, Pune - 411057 the area which belongs to the nearby IT sectors park. He has 4 PG buildings (3 for Boys PG & 1 for Girls PG) taken on rent with landlords to run his business. He does all his rent transactions in cash and always deny if asked him we want to pay online to save from the TAX been deducted.
He earns almost 30+ thousands rent per room from IT employees on sharing basis, likewise he has almost 100+ rooms rented to IT employees on sharing basis.
