Income Tax Department — Changes in pan card

I applied for pan card online via aadhar card. Within an hour, i received e copy of it. After several days, i requested to change my photo on it and to upload my signature through e-scan. I got the mail from tin stating it is under verification and it has passed the first phase. A few days back i received a message on my phone stating they found some discrepancies in it. I checked the status of my pan card and all they show me was"your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' cannot be processed as pan holder details provided by you in the application do not match with pan holder details in the income tax department (Itd) database. A letter dated 07-aug-2020 is being/has been dispatched to you communicating the differences in pan details. For clarifications contact tin call centre at[protected]." please tell me how to solve it. I need my new pan card urgently.
