Income Tax Department — complaint about deduction in my money

I want to inform you that i was applying online pan card. Moreover, i paid money but they did not give any confirmation proof to me. Afterthat, a small message was shown on screen that your money will be refunded within seven days. I am very disappoint
With this service because it has gone happened with me three times. But my amount did not come back or money has not been refunded yet. It's humble request, please return my money as soon as possible. I will be very thanksfull to you
