Income Tax Department — complaint against benami property transactions between certain individuals | |||
Sri lakshmi narasimha swamy agrotech represented by mr. G. Madan mohan, (Mob: [protected]) managing partner entered into benami transaction with dr. Shive kumar (Res: [protected]) and a. Chandra mohan vide document no. 9942/2009 dated 23/10/2009 with regard to the property admeasuring about 57 acres (Single bit) at yadagirigutta and saidapur villages in erstwhile bhongir dist. Later again the said dr. Shive kumar and a. Chandra mohan sold parts of the said property to different vendors. It may not be out of place to mention that a. Chandra mohan is a pauper and has not invested a single rupee in the above mentioned transaction.in this transaction, they have evaded crores of rupees income tax to the it dept. Sir i have applied pan card before 2months till now i did not received...i asked where i applied they said it has been dispatched, and i asked to courier service they are telling we are not having...what should i do now?
