R/s My name is surender singh. By mistake 2 pancards alloted to me. My correct pan card is amcpk3317n. This is from the name of surender kumar i want this pan no. From my correct name i. E:- surender singh. My 2’nd pan card is gnvps8970r. I already deleted my pan card i. E gnvps8970r. From your income tax office gurgaon udyog vihar. I applied for name change request in the month of march. My acknowledgement no. Is [protected]. It is about 3 and half months passed. I havent got my pan card yet. The issue is that from my surrender pan gnvps8970r my aadhaar no. Is linked. I requested you to please delink this from my deleted pan. And process my application no. As soon as possible. It is about do or die situation for me. Nobody is giving me ryt responce. Please process my application acknowledgement no:- [protected] as early as possible. Hope for your early reply.
