Income Tax Department — huge amount of earnings without paying income tax

I'm from ambur town (Pincode 635 802), vellore district, tamil nadu. I'm seeing all the private doctors especially pediatricians collecting huge amounts of consultation fees (Approx 15 lakhs per month, 75k per day *20 days) without any receipts. They are not ready to provide receipts to anyone.

I clearly see they cheat government everyday, please bring them under your scanner.
