I am looking to give complaint on a person who is running illigal paying guest and over charging for these services and also not paying Income tax for that he earns.

I am furnishing below the details for complaint against Amit for yours kind and speedy action.

1. His primary business is laundry, but he runs illigal paying guest where he charges Rs 8500 for a bed in triple sharing, Rs 10500 for bed in double sharing and Rs 20000 for bed in single room monthly.

2. He has three such paying guest facility known to me. A-200, B-115, C-481, in Sarita Vihar
A-200 has two triple sharing bed and three double sharing bed.
B-115 has two triple sharing and four double sharing bed.
C-481 has three double sharing bed rooms.
Beside C-481, he also has one more illigal PG, which has four triple sharing bed rooms and two double sharing bed rooms.

3. His monthly income would be around
8500 *8= 68000
10500*13=136500
Total = 204500

4. He charges higher than other PG service provider and do not pay taxes.
Recently he bought Pajero Mahindra vehicle.
Please do look into this matter.

What should I do to get the case go further ?
