Dear sir, my landlord is not paying tax from many years for the room rent he is getting per month. Currently he has 5 flats which he has given on rent. 1 flat he has given @ Rs3000/month and rest 4 @ Rs6000/month and increasing rent in every 3-4 months.So currently in total he is getting 3.24 lakhs/ year as a room rent.Sending you screenshot of the rent paid through net banking in June I.e. Rs6000.
