Income Tax Department — my filing of it return

Iam konni. Shivakumarreddy, pan number ctkpk8589h, few days back i got query about my return from income tax department, but unfortunately i have submitted only explanation, not attached files, after consult my ca, he is try to submit for those documents, but it's shown, error report : section 139 (9), no records found, kindly open those session, my ca, submit those documents, for your clarification. Kindly concern my request.
