[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — my refund is not initiated, 6 months running, no response

Can anybody please help, 5 months running out but no response seem from income tax department bangalore. On toll free number, getting same answer all the time to wait and patience. I need my money for my upgradation of my certificate and other needs. Please somebody help..., last year hassle free, got my refund in november, but now this year 2018, when i need the most, no one is helping. My pan number chupm8703r, mohammad furkan. Please for god sake, help me and give my refund
