Income Tax Department — my tds return wrongly credited to another account

My pan number is asqpk5238c. My tds return of assessment year 2014-15 had been wrongly credited to another account. Bank and income tax department both acknowledged the matter but none of them returning back my hard earned money to my account. I have visited the bank of india (Barasat nabapally) branch as well as the income tax department branch behind rajbhaban kolkata, my income tax assessment officer ward number 37/2 refused to take any action as it is fault from my side. Place take necessary action. Thanking you
