Income Tax Department — one pan number allotted to two different persons.

This is with reference to complaint id 1834328 for which no solution have been provided.
i am in a very problematic situation as my pan number (viz. calps8930e) which was issued to me in 2008 has been allotted to another person of a different state in 2011.
that person has been issued some loans and further he is a defaulter. due to his defaults my cibil score has gone below par and bank has denied my loan request.
i have been complaining for four months but no solution has been provided by the department.
for better understanding of the case i have attached pan cards of both the parties and cibil score reports of different institutions that show default in my cibil.

kindly see my complaint and provide me solution as soon as possible.
