Income Tax Department — pan card does not exist

When I try to register for filling income tax returns, the website tells me that the pan card does not exist. My pan card no is SVIPA7050C. My pan card is valid and it exists. So why is the website telling me that the pan card does not exiat. I need to register on the income tax website so that I can file the tax returns.Please rectify the problem as I want to file ITR.

When I tried to open axis asap account it is showing that pan not found in IT Database. I need it to be done. Please help me with this.
