Pan Card — Not give me pan number & pan card

Dear sir/mam

I have not receive me my pan no. And pan card. Kindly earlier process my pan card and send to my address.

I contact tin info team ph no.[protected] but he is always busy and no contact me. I request please issue my pan no. & pan card.

Status of my ack. No.[protected] dated : 23/01/2017:- income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application.

Before time i have no apply any pan card. First time apply new pan card same as above ack no. & date. So many time (3 month) my pan is not issue. I humble request please earliest my pan regarding work.
