Income Tax Department — pan no. issue double

For your information that from long time i complain in faridabad local income tax department that, income tax department issued pan no. Ahhpb7438h to another person in same name jai bhagwan s/o, ram singh of ghandhidham, kutch 370201.
I have received a copy of my complain letter in local income tax department dated 1.4.2014.
In every year you are sending me defects of my return income file.
Few days back also i have received same letter vide communication reference no. Cpc/1718/g5/[protected].
I hope he has some transport business in kutch, which one lr copy attached herewith for your reference.
What ever his transaction that is also showing in my account.
Further you are requested to solve the problem as soon as possible.
