Income Tax Department — Pan number asvpr1268g still not getting refund

Dear Sir,

I was file return[protected] on dated 15 - may 2016, after some time, i have received u/s 139(9) notice by income tax department. i was also final reply on dated 12- Aug -2016, still my refund is pending, i am contact to refund or e filling department they said wait, after that i am asking how much days wait they said no limit to wait.. today complete 8 to 8 month file return but still i am not getting refund and also my return still processing, , please provide me date or for my refund..
