Dear sir,

i, pv manohar retired from sbh as manager from patancheru branch during february 2016.

I worked as managing director, adarsh farmer service coop society, pudur under medchal branch control during august 2013 to august 2014. They have deducted the tax on perks from my salary and not remitted to income tax department from april to august 2014 amount to rs. 9, 912/-.

The form 16 for financial year 2014-15 is showing rs.69096 where as form 26ASis showing rs.59184/-. The difference was not rectified by the medchal branch. Now on the final date of filing the return, second time i have filed the it return with a difference of rs.18, 970/- (ir. Penalty+ the above difference of rs.9912/-).

Since 1987 onwards i am paying the tax regularly without any difference and penalty. During last year your department had issued an appreciation letter for my regular and prompt payment of tax in time.

Kindly do the justice and waive the penal amount..
