Income Tax Department — record (pan) not found in its invalid/database

When i am trying to open an account in axis bank then this error was found record (Pan) not found in itd database/invalid.   replace all. It is also happening in other thing also like i was trying to do upload pan card number in paytm but it didn't accept it and with free charge there seems to be same problem appearing as with axis bank account. So please resolve this problem as soon as possible
