Income Tax Department — refund from itd

Dear sir, my name is achintya mandal with pan no is aqcpm1554d. I submitted my return (Assessment yr 2018-19) on 17.08.2018 where refund amount was 6360.00. But itd credited refund only 3840.00 to my account. I need the clarification from your end.

I would like to hear from you. Please do the needful.
