I am minaxi rasiklal sangani. I applied for pan card 8 months ago. My acknowledgement number is [[protected]]. When i enquired through internet, it is mentioning that it is already dispatched but i have not yet received it. I hope u would give me a good solution for this. & please contact my cell no: [[protected]]

With reference to cited subject, one Phathalogy is Shivam Phathalogy in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh is old more than 15 years and this Phathalogy recommend by every doctors of Rewa but it is not giving bill of any patient,

So, we request you to kindly take necessary action because this is theft of income tax and unethical for every patient.
