[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — status not showing up

Hi, i applied for pan for two individuals on 03/12/2017 by e-sign mode and i made payment online, ack numbers are [protected] and [protected]. When i check status online it says "no records found" for both applications. Why?. This is the fifth time i am losing my money like this. Someone please help me. I had applied same way earlier and got my pan card easily, but now this process seems to have changed and it is very disappointing.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
Status came up after two days. I advice others to wait for couples of days as status is not shown immediately as we expect for online e-KYC, e-Sign application.
Income Tax Department customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
