[Resolved] Income Tax Department — status not showing up | |||
Hi, i applied for pan for two individuals on 03/12/2017 by e-sign mode and i made payment online, ack numbers are [protected] and [protected]. When i check status online it says "no records found" for both applications. Why?. This is the fifth time i am losing my money like this. Someone please help me. I had applied same way earlier and got my pan card easily, but now this process seems to have changed and it is very disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Status came up after two days. I advice others to wait for couples of days as status is not shown immediately as we expect for online e-KYC, e-Sign application. Income Tax Department customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
