SHAILESH KUMAR WORKING IN HINDUJA LEYLAND FINANCE AS A PRODUCT EXECUTIVE IN 3 WHEELERS &SCV VEHICLES.HE LOOKS THE BRANCH-GAYA, JEHANABAD, AURANGABAD, NALANDA, NAWADA DISTRICTS.HIS MONTHLY INCOME FROM COMPANY IS RS-20, 000 BUT OUTER INCOME HE GENERATES FROM ALL DISTRICTS OF PIAGGIO, BAJAJ, ATUL, BAXY etc DEALERSHIP is nearly 2.5 lakhs which he doesn't give tax.He takes RS-1500 to 2000 /case each dealership to sanction loan and give approval of the vehicle.His monthly target from comapny is 150 cases/files so as a average total income he generates 2.5 lakhs from outsource.Finance charge is generally 3000 RS which is Documents/service charges which is genuine and taken by the company.But the dealers takes finance charges from customers RS[protected] nearly which includes his commision so that customer get harrased by giving so huge amount as a bribes.Enquiry should be done from grassroot level to uproots levels so poor peoples would be saved.
