While extending security services to pipe line division of hpcl, y - zag in 2008 an2009, as a vendor named suffire security and allied services, hyderabad, pan - afjpc 8589 a. Tds of 250000/ inr. Was deducted by hpcl, which they failed deposit the same to income tax. Department in vishakhapatnam
As on contrary, my personal income tax refunds were frozen and entire amount wa gradually started being recovered, by off setting my refunds on yearly basis. As if the defaulter is my company, where as i had committed no default
As per your typical laws, as we understand, the entire responsibility of managing tds recovered from any vender is prime duty of principal employer, that is hpcl. Y-zag. Is the real defaulter.
My request is to settle this issue as early as possible, since hpcl pipeline division. Refuse to take any action, since double recovery is being levied from vender. As per law it amounts to criminal offence, on the part of hpcl, pipeline office y-zag.
May i, also request you to immediately delink my personal refunds from tds recovery.
