Pancard — wrong name

Dear sir,

I appllied for a new pan card on 20th march 2017, acknowledgement no:[protected] and when i checked the status of pancard on computer on 9th june 2017 my name on computer displayed as h l sngla & sons (Huf) instead of h l singla & sons (Huf).

The pancard is yet to be issued by the department. Kindly issue the pan card in the correct name as it is already delayed.

I am sorry to write that no body contacted me on telephone. No email received from any quarter. My complaint mentioned as resolved is still not resolved. By now I have received the PAN CARD with wrong name that too after a period of 3 months. Nobody picks telephone mentioned on the back of PAN CARD. Nobody is serious.
Income Tax Department customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by H l singla Pan Card allotted - AAFHH7457H in the name of H L SNGLA & SONS HUF instead of H L SINGLA & SONS HUF. Application acknowledgment no. [protected]. Applied on 20.03.2017. PAN CARD be issued in correct name at the earliest.
