Income Tax Department — wrong pan card delivered

My name is sunita devi. I'm apply for pan card but wrong pan card is delivered to me. On pan card name is sunita devi but this is belong to other sunita devi from rajasthan while i'm from uttar pradesh. E-pan card is not recieved on email id on 21/02/2019 but utiitsl say it was delivered on 21/02/2019.
I'm refuse to tae the wrong pan card and postman return to it. I'm forward application along with all documents but no anyone resolve my problem.in bank they call for submit pan card and it's emergency. Please solve my problem.

I have been allotted PAN No. FNIPM9559L( E PAN through NDSL) but the same could not be verified from the income tax website E verify your PAN. After submitting the details it returns " no record found for the given PAN" I am facing the problem in registering with IT website
