Indane — allotted Refill not delivered by the distributor

My consumer No. cx-3968049, consumer name: Radha, Distributor : Pazhassinadu Gas Agencies, Peravoor, Kannur District, Kerala. I had booked a refill on 22-Aug-2014 (Booking Ref No. 201543). Two weeks back, I got a message from Indane, saying that your refill is ready and will be delivered shortly. When I asked the distributor, they says it is not ready, next week they will give, but even after one week, they are not giving the refill. Now also they says, next week. Please look into this matter and do the needful to get the refill. The behaviour of the distributor is not at all satisfactory.
