[Resolved]  Indane — Booking cancelled

Hi, I am Ranjeet Singh and my consumer ID is 1261. I had booked a refill on 10/05/15 and today I received a message on my phone that the booking was cancelled, with reason not mentioned at all. When I went to inquire about it at their office (Sri Sadguru) I was told that the delivery boy was not able to locate my address. When they had me speak to the delivery boy, (who they say is new) had no idea where on earh I stayed. Apparently I have been staying at this address for the past 1 year, and I have not faced any issue, Now, the office staff tells my to update my address correctly. And not only that, they were quite rude to me as if it was my fault, and I was asking for something unreasonable. They alos siad that the delivery boy called me but my phone was not reachable. My office is at Bannerghatta road, the area has very good covergae and there is no way they wouldn't have got connected. So, the bottom line is, if the delivery boy is not able to find my address, that is his fault and not mine. Therefore, I should not be suffering for somebody else's fault. And, I am not upating the address just because one odd man cannot find it.
