Indane — Branch office does not receive the call.

Hi, We are a customer of the below Indane Branch office : JANGIPUR, Dist: MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL, PIN - 742225 (Indane branch office phone no : [protected]) . We are facing a several problems by the distributor, like 1.Very poor gas service by the distributor. Booked a gas nearly a month ago(23 Jan, 2015) but not received yet till now. 2.When we call the branch office( JANGIPUR branch, ph no : [protected]) at office hour for the delivery status, they even do not receive the call. We try repeatedly but yet they don't receive the call. Please look into this. Online booking system has been made to reduce the gathering in the office but the number of complaints day by day are becoming more than the gathering in office .
