Indane — domestic gas | |||
Consumer no : [protected] Name : pravash ch. Sahoo I booked indane on[protected]. I received a message on[protected] at 05:27 pm that invoice[protected] has been cancelled. Again i received a message on[protected] at 6:48 am that invoice has been generated. On[protected] i got a call from [protected] at 2:19 pm. He told me to share dac number which i should share at delivery. But he insisted me to share over the phone, i gave him that number i. E. 1952 as he promised me to deliver on[protected] morning. But i received a message on[protected] at 04:18 pm as cylinder is delivered with invoice no.[protected]. I couldn't notice the message earlier. I called him on[protected]:32 am, he said if i wouldn't share that dac number that day, cylinder would got cancelled. He also said that the bill mistakenly received by him. He gave the number of the delivery boy [protected] to contact but he didn't receive my call. I already downloaded the bill from indane site. My question is how could the bill has been generated with my address whereas the cylinder didn't come to my address? Please look into this matter asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
