Indane — Empty cylinder received

Hi,

I booked an Indane Gas LPG cylinder on 19th May 2021for Rs 835/- . My LPG ID [protected]. The cylinder got delivered on 20th May 2021. I was unwell and the gas was received my my maid. When I went to install the cylinder on 9th August 2021, I found that the cylinder was sealed but empty. When I went and complained to the distributor forum, they ignored my request and asked me to apply for a new cylinder, didn't even consider to listen to my request for refund.
