[Resolved]  Indane gas Distributor — Is it compulsory to buy gas stove, pressure cooker and other products with new gas connection ?

I want new gas connection so I meet to Indane gas distributor. He answered me that it is compulosry to purchase gas stove, pressure cooker and other products which I don't required so I want to know Is it compulsory or not ? and how can I get only new gas connection without such type products.
