Indane Gas — Gas cylinder not receivd evenafter receiving sms Related to cylinder delivery report

Sir I had booked a gas cylinder on 15-7-15, booking no. Was 265516. I have not received gas cylinder till date i. e. 20-7-15. Today I received a sms that "your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]. This happened Two times with me(1st time in June15). When I tried to contact to agency, they answered me that "we generate delivery report just after booking And we will send u cylinder shortly If available and cut the phone rudely. They are harassing again and again, so please take the legal action immediately against distributer .
