Indane — Not delivaring in time, even booikng by phone online and selling our booking cylinder to commercial

Dear Sir In this town, the Gas agent and Delivery Boys having lot of adjustment with all hotels and others they will make money and percentage will giving to distributors. because they will sell the cylinder which "we booked", and again they will said, "Book Once Again" for cylinders. already we lost 20 to 25 days, again they will give next month booked cylinder later, like this they are cheating the people here.we don't know which month cylinder that!!! Also any quires we will call, they are not pickup the phone, if we gone there they will say your online mistakes and etc; plz. take our feedback and analize the problem which we facing the problems often especially in this particular agency.
