Indane — Not delivered the gas cylinder when asked for weight the gas cylinder

I booked my gas on 16/01/2015 .and my consumer no. is 41282 and gas agency is vikram gas agency new delhi the delivery boy came for deliver the cylinder on 19/01/2015, when i said to the cylinder boy to weight the cylinder then i receive he returned the cylinder saying that it is not possible.
