Indane — Poor Service of Gas Agency

Respected Sir/Madam, My Name is K.Gunasekra. I am getting Cylinder from Mahaganapathy Gas Agency last few years. and i have booked and paid the amount of Rs.2500/- for additional Cylinder 45 days before. They did not give receipt of the amount I have not yet get cylinder till now. We have asked them daily about what is the stage of additional Cylinder. They does not say proper reply. Pl.take necessary and severe action against them. My Consumer Number is 33164. Gas Agency Name is: Mahaganapathy (Indane, ) Contact:[protected]. New No.51, Old No.20, I Main Road, Jawahar Nagar, Periyar Nagar, CNI-82. We have given the complaint last week and last month.
